I have been a customer now for over three years. Every visit is better than the one before it. The service staff is knowledgeable and the customer service was impeccable. We love the itemized texts with the issues from needing attention now to future issues that will need to be addressed. They always work on not only their schedule but my schedule also. The car will only be serviced by Cupelli going forward.

My car had a serious computer issue that Frank got to the bottom of & fixed, and he responsibly kept me informed of the progress he made. I knew It was not going to be an inexpensive fix, but I felt 100% confident in Frank's expertise & know-how. Put me down as a thoroughly satisfied & grateful customer. My trusty Benz required more repair than I expected, but I didn't hold back on doing anything that Frank recommended. When all of the work was complete and I got behind the wheel, I immediately felt and recognized the improvement of all of the repair and replacements that mechanic-tech Sean performed. When I picked up the car and asked Frank how long the computer module that had to be purchased from Mercedes was warrantied for, Frank told me that ALL OF THEIR WORK was warrantied for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I didn't think anybody stood behind there work like that anymore. CUPELLI AUTO earned my business forever. Thank you Frank... Thank you Sean...
