I’m very pleased with Cupelli Automotive. Frank and Ritchie were very informative about my Audi S5 service. Frank is very knowledgeable about the work needed to fix my car and was reasonable in pricing. I got my car back good as new and it’s been working great. This will be my go to auto repair shop rather than the Audi dealer.

Always a pleasure taking my Mercedes in to get service! Very honest and trustworthy!!! Great prices and I would highly recommend. My vehicle needed a window repaired that was stuck in the down position. I called Cupelli at 3:30pm and explained my problem, they told me to come right over and they would evaluate it while I wait. After an inspection, Frank determined that it needed a new mechanism inside the door. They got the part ordered, got most of the repair expense covered by my extended warranty and had me back on the road by noon the next day. These guys are total pros, and I will be going back for all of my work. Thank you Cupelli Automotive, I’m going to tell everyone I know that I’ve got a great mechanic for them.

Have used them the past 6 years. Since then my car had worked much better and they actually understand how to repair VW vehicles. Many shops aren’t familiar and end up not fixing the issues correctly. If you have VW I would definitely bring here over other places.
