We have been bringing my 2017 Mercedes C300 here for several years now. I actually started coming here based on Google reviews! I have never been disappointed. Richie is always very pleasant, courteous and honest . He even texted me early the next morning after diagnostics, rather than placing an early morning phone call.My husband had an issue with his vehicle once and upon diagnostic, they stated it was still under warranty through dealer and should be taken there. They could have very well made repairs and billed for it. That is a sign of honesty and integrity. I recommend them highly.

Brought my 2012 BMW 335i in for an oil & filter change. They performed a diagnostic check and found the gas cap was defective. Then a review of the engine found a badly worn harmonic balancer. I was referred to Cupelli‘s by my previous Mechanic. A couple of mornings ago I broke down on the Florida Turnpike and I called Cupellis automotive. I told him I’ve never been to their shop before I was referred to them. They asked me what was going on. I told him I was on the turnpike and I was stranded. My Mercedes broke down. They had a tow truck to me within 45 minutes. While waiting for the tow truck, they communicated with me to ensure that I was safe. My service agent was Richie and he was so friendly. He was understanding he was courteous, professional, kind and understanding but. He was just wonderful. He calmed all of my fears. My diagnostic was done the same day. He communicated with me several times a day to let me know what the findings are, they took pictures of all the parts sent text messages with pictures and everything. I was so impressed!! ( I am still smiling) . My car has 200,000 miles on it and they took the time to repair it and the work that they did has my car riding as though the first time I bought it. I cannot say enough about them and they have a customer for life thank you thank you thank you for being, wonderful . Pauline 🥰
