Recently moved to the area from California and was looking for somewhere reputable to service my Audi. Initially spoke to Richie on the phone to set up the appointment and he could not have been nicer. It's easy to feel taken advantage of when it comes to auto maintenance and repair as most of us aren't experts. The guys at Cupelli are honest and trustworthy and won't upsell you on work that doesn't need to be done (unlike many dealerships). What really spoke to me though were customers coming in one after another, knowing the technicians by name and visa versa. That showed a long standing relationship built on trust and confidence. Richie and the team at Cupelli perform the highest quality work at very reasonable prices. The shop is busy, but worth the wait. They're worthy of their 5 star reviews and I'm happy to add mine to the list.

8/16/24…. Addition to my earlier review below from June. I had to bring in my 07 328i for some engine work this week. Motor mounts and oil pan. They turned it around quickly and again, just a great experience all around. Richie and Frank are simply the best!From 6/14/24Just a great experience that is very rare in auto repair. Frank and Richie were thorough, meticulous, explained and showed the issues that needed attention and really went the extra mile to ensure I understood the repairs. I highly recommend them and I consider them my new home for BMW service.
