**Outstanding Service at Cupelli Automotive !** I recently had my car service at Cupelli Automotive and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. They completed the B9 service on our Mercedes E 300. and left everything in great condition. The customer service was truly exceptional—the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Richie was truly amazing! He’s not only professional and knowledgeable about automotive industry. He was extremely polite and attentive to everyone. He also offered to pay for our Uber ride home while our car was being worked on, although we didn’t need it, the offer was greatly appreciated. When the service was complete, we were satisfied not only with the repairs but with the reasonable cost. One of the nice touches was the freshly coffee, and bottle water—it was a small but thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel even more special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our technician Andres expertise and knowledge were both impressive and reassuring. Thank you! I took my almost 10 year old car to Cupelli Auto based on the reviews. I was very pleased. They checked my car over for any needed repairs and sent me a report with photos on what was needed. I had oil, brake fluid, belt and 2 filters changed. Richie gave me exact pricing for each which I thought was fair. My car was done in one day, which is important because it’s my only vehicle. Richie was very responsive and informative and Frank reached out to me to see how my car was running. I will continue to use Cupelli. They are a great find for me. Thanks guys! Amazing service

Everything went fine, except that my wife said, when she came to pick up the car, the had her wait 10 to 15 minutes, while he was talking on the phone.

I own a 1998 Mercedes SL500, I brought it to Cupelli for transmission service. Outstanding Service, better service than at Mercedes and less money too.I would recommend Cupelli Automotive to anyone needing service. This is my go to shop for service for the life of the car. Jay F.

I came here after reading other online reviews and hoping they'd be cheaper than the dealership. My check engine light was on and my AC was blowing hot air in my Audi Q5. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and brought my car in the following morning. The repairs were completed and the pricing was more than fair (even a little less than quoted). Frank and Richie seemed very knowledgeable, even more so than the dealership mechanics. This will be my go-to shop going forward!
