I have to say this is my first time using Cupelli auto, and I was kind of skeptical at first, I’ve never used them before and I had a good size job. control arms,transmission mount, and alignment… as I sat in the office waiting on an oil change, I saw other people coming in, they all knew each other, repeat customers. I started feeling better about my situation and I felt that they had a really good rapport with their customers, so I decided to go ahead and schedule the work that needed to be done. I didn’t have to wait for parts. My car was there overnight, i was made aware of that, but that was not a big deal. they finished it when they said they were(next day in the afternoon) and didn't try to up sell me…in the end a very good experience! My car is happy. I’m happy! everybody’s happy when their car is happy! Happy Motoring!

Richie was awesome. He explained what needed to be done, quoted me a price, and completed the work quickly and professionally.. Final price actually came in a couple hundred bucks cheaper! Highly recommend Cupelli Automotive..Will definitely use them again for any repairs i need on my BMW!

Brought my Mercedes in for service at Cupelli
Automotive and dealt with Richie who was very nice and welcoming to me for deciding to visit their shop for my automotive needs.
He explained the diagnostic procedure and what it would cost to figure out the problem with my car.
After diagnosing the problem and explaining the repair I felt very confident that I was dealing with a real professional auto repair shop.
The repair was completed and problems with the car were eradicated and the car runs like new.
I highly recommend Cupelli automotive and will return for any future car services needed.

I own a 2020 Mini and had several maintenance lights pop on. I was referred to Frank to have them taken care of. The service was done along with a full inspection. I have since had another issue taken care of quickly. I trust these guys and will continue to take my car there as long as I own it.

They took the time to explain the problem in detail and didn’t pressure you into fixing something that could be maintained at a later time.

Cupelli is my go to for my Audi A5 Cabriolet. They are very knowledgeable and give expert advice in addition to expert service. I needed a battery replacement and got an appointment the next day. battery installed and car road tested and electrical system checked. Great service at a fair price.
