I took my almost 10 year old car to Cupelli Auto based on the reviews. I was very pleased. They checked my car over for any needed repairs and sent me a report with photos on what was needed. I had oil, brake fluid, belt and 2 filters changed. Richie gave me exact pricing for each which I thought was fair. My car was done in one day, which is important because it’s my only vehicle. Richie was very responsive and informative and Frank reached out to me to see how my car was running. I will continue to use Cupelli. They are a great find for me. Thanks guys!

Richie was truly amazing! He’s not only professional and knowledgeable about automotive industry. He was extremely polite and attentive to everyone. He also offered to pay for our Uber ride home while our car was being worked on, although we didn’t need it, the offer was greatly appreciated. When the service was complete, we were satisfied not only with the repairs but with the reasonable cost.
