I took my almost 10 year old car to Cupelli Auto based on the reviews. I was very pleased. They checked my car over for any needed repairs and sent me a report with photos on what was needed. I had oil, brake fluid, belt and 2 filters changed. Richie gave me exact pricing for each which I thought was fair. My car was done in one day, which is important because it’s my only vehicle. Richie was very responsive and informative and Frank reached out to me to see how my car was running. I will continue to use Cupelli. They are a great find for me. My vehicle needed a window repaired that was stuck in the down position. I called Cupelli at 3:30pm and explained my problem, they told me to come right over and they would evaluate it while I wait. After an inspection, Frank determined that it needed a new mechanism inside the door. They got the part ordered, got most of the repair expense covered by my extended warranty and had me back on the road by noon the next day. These guys are total pros, and I will be going back for all of my work. Thank you Cupelli Automotive, I’m going to tell everyone I know that I’ve got a great mechanic for them.
