Thanks for the great service and timely repair of my son’s car.

My vehicle needed a window repaired that was stuck in the down position. I called Cupelli at 3:30pm and explained my problem, they told me to come right over and they would evaluate it while I wait. After an inspection, Frank determined that it needed a new mechanism inside the door. They got the part ordered, got most of the repair expense covered by my extended warranty and had me back on the road by noon the next day. These guys are total pros, and I will be going back for all of my work. Thank you Cupelli Automotive, I’m going to tell everyone I know that I’ve got a great mechanic for them.

Have used them the past 6 years. Since then my car had worked much better and they actually understand how to repair VW vehicles. Many shops aren’t familiar and end up not fixing the issues correctly. If you have VW I would definitely bring here over other places.

First time bringing car to place other than dealer and experience was great. Explained everything very well, called an Uber to take me home and later sent a detailed account of what car needed now and what could wait. Very friendly people and made the experience quite pleasant and easy.

I’m very pleased with Cupelli Automotive. Frank and Ritchie were very informative about my Audi S5 service. Frank is very knowledgeable about the work needed to fix my car and was reasonable in pricing. I got my car back good as new and it’s been working great. This will be my go to auto repair shop rather than the Audi dealer.

I had an emergency with my Porsche macan oil change last minute and they took care, they are really honest and really reasonable on prices as well, I was very happy with the work done and extra inspection they did and let me know about the other stuff that needed attention, even when I was from out of town. I have been a customer now for over three years. Every visit is better than the one before it. The service staff is knowledgeable and the customer service was impeccable. We love the itemized texts with the issues from needing attention now to future issues that will need to be addressed. They always work on not only their schedule but my schedule also. The car will only be serviced by Cupelli going forward.

Richie and Frank are great guys, knowledgable and transparent. The overview of the vehicle and points that need attention are a great value added and they are precise with the information as well.
