Frank was incredible!!! He us usually doesn’t work on Audis but he fixed and diagnosed an unusual repair for me, fixed it and also determined a few other items that needed attention that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks Frank!!

I was heading out to lunch when another driver pulled alongside me and tried to let me know that something looked loose underneath the hood of my vehicle. I checked my navigation system, and since there were no warning messages, I continued on my way. When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed a warning indicating there was a problem with the engine coolant temperature. I immediately returned to work and arranged for my vehicle to be towed to Cappo’s Automotive Service. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as the engine coolant temperature system and had my vehicle repaired within a day and a half. They kept me informed throughout the process, and my car has been running great ever since. They also checked my A/C, and now it’s blowing ice-cold air. A big thank you to Frank, Archie, and the technician who worked on my vehicle. I truly appreciate the excellent service, professionalism, and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
