I recently had my car service at Cupelli Automotive and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. They completed the B9 service on our Mercedes E 300. and left everything in great condition. The customer service was truly exceptional—the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Richie was truly amazing! He’s not only professional and knowledgeable about automotive industry. He was extremely polite and attentive to everyone. He also offered to pay for our Uber ride home while our car was being worked on, although we didn’t need it, the offer was greatly appreciated. When the service was complete, we were satisfied not only with the repairs but with the reasonable cost.
One of the nice touches was the freshly coffee, and bottle water—it was a small but thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel even more special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our technician Andres expertise and knowledge were both impressive and reassuring.

8/16/24…. Addition to my earlier review below from June. I had to bring in my 07 328i for some engine work this week. Motor mounts and oil pan. They turned it around quickly and again, just a great experience all around. Richie and Frank are simply the best!
