Cupelli fixed a bunch of problems on our Audi, and now it's driving like a new car. Ritchie compiled a list of necessary repairs and prioritized them so we could decide which could be put off and which were urgent. He was happy to talk tire options with us and pleasantly answered all our questions. Best of all, it was a lot cheaper than going to the Audi Dealership!!!

Was referred to Richie & Frank Cupelli Automotive for engine mounts replacement for our 2014 Mercedes E350. After speaking with Richie we agreed stay with original Mercedes parts vs OEM for longevity of parts life. Dropped vehicle off to Frank Monday morning and vehicle was ready next day. They provided a thorough inspection & diagnostic report after all work was completed for continous vehicle maintenance without the pressure. We have had the same mechanic here in West Palm for several years. But recently he lost his lease and decided to retire. He recommended Cupelli Automotive to us. So far, after our first visit, we are glad that we did. Cupelli did a thorough review of the car, a 2003 500SL, and brought it up to speed. They changed engine mounts, the rear breaks and other parts of a vehicle that is beginning to get old. But we love it and want to keep it in great shape. We have hopes that the people at Capelli, all of whom are well prepared and attentive, will help us do that.

We've been taking our cars to Frank for several years now - dating back 3 cars now! Both Ritchie and Frank are great guys - honest and fair - they never try to get me to do more than needed on the car.

Cupelli knows BMWs inside and out. As good as dealer, not as expensive, and done right the first time.

It’s great to deal with an honest repair shop. Rich kept me up to date with the status of my car and saved me a lot of money over what what the Audi dealer was going to charge to basically look at the car.

Honest and fair. Rare characteristics to have as an automobile fixer, especially European type vehicles. Dealership costs are double maybe even triple compared to Cupelli, but the quality work done by Cupelli is priceless.
