We have had the same mechanic here in West Palm for several years. But recently he lost his lease and decided to retire. He recommended Cupelli Automotive to us. So far, after our first visit, we are glad that we did. Cupelli did a thorough review of the car, a 2003 500SL, and brought it up to speed. They changed engine mounts, the rear breaks and other parts of a vehicle that is beginning to get old. But we love it and want to keep it in great shape. We have hopes that the people at Capelli, all of whom are well prepared and attentive, will help us do that.

We've been taking our cars to Frank for several years now - dating back 3 cars now! Both Ritchie and Frank are great guys - honest and fair - they never try to get me to do more than needed on the car.

It's above dealership (I was there recently) level service without the bloated price tag. The place has a really great vibe to it, too. Highly recommend.

It’s great to deal with an honest repair shop. Rich kept me up to date with the status of my car and saved me a lot of money over what what the Audi dealer was going to charge to basically look at the car.

Honest and fair. Rare characteristics to have as an automobile fixer, especially European type vehicles. Dealership costs are double maybe even triple compared to Cupelli, but the quality work done by Cupelli is priceless.

I told them to inspect my Mercedes-Benz from bumper to bumper since the car had 100,000 miles on it. There was a good bit to get done, but everything was well documented and the car now drives like it did when it was new. I feel safer and it is more pleasurable to drive. Communication was excellent and the owner was very friendly and honest. The price was on par for a high end shop and less than a dealer except for the genuine M-B parts, which they have no control over. Car repair is never a good time, but this was an excellent experience. They will take care of my servicing from now on.

It was easy to make an appointment within a few days. Rich is very accommodating and I received a report and pictures after their examination of the car. They identified a potentially serious issue and directed me to the dealer due to my extended warranty. I appreciated their service, honesty and quality of their work. I intend to return for future servicing of my Audi A5 convertible.

I had a 5 star experience at Cupelli’s. I was told by another mechanic that it would be $8k to fix an engine leak. A friend of my husband’s recommended I take my car to them immediately , I’m so happy I listened because we were thinking about just getting rid of the car. Cupelli’s properly diagnosed my 2016 Mercedes c300 and it cost only 2500.00 to repair. Richie and the gang saved my car! My car has found a new home for standard services as well. Coming from NY city I am very pleased to have come across Cupelli Automotive. I have an 2012 650I with a standard transmission . After reviewing shops who specialized in BMW I came across Cupelli auto. They did a thourough diagnosis and Frank informed me that I should replace certain hoses before they begin giving me problems. This diagnosis was for my benefit so I wouldn’t breakdown somewhere with my family. I much appreciated the information. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants top quality work and amazing customer service
