I brought my deceased daughter's Mercedes in with all kinds of issues. Frank and Richie were amazingly understanding. Both did a fantastic job of keeping me posted on all steps along the way. Frank is truly an expert in his field. He kept the costs at bay as best he could due to our sensitive situation but I do believe he conducts business with all his customers in the way. The most difficult part in having your used European auto repaired is finding someone honest that cares...that's Frank Cupelli.

My 2022 Audi had what I thought a alignment problem.. I talked to Frank over the phone.. he talked to me for 15 min asking me questions, explaining what it could be .. I mentioned that I am getting new tires put on soon.. he recommended I get new tires first to see how the car works and see if I have the same problem.. I did not.. it was the older tires.. he was honest and saved me a lot of money and time.. I am doing business with Frank from now on.. my next check up will be at his shop.. THANK YOU.

10/30/24 Just had another service on my new Kia Soul. As always service was excellent and Ritchie and Frank were very helpful and I always get good information. Thank you!I took my almost 10 year old car to Cupelli Auto based on the reviews. I was very pleased. They checked my car over for any needed repairs and sent me a report with photos on what was needed. I had oil, brake fluid, belt and 2 filters changed. Richie gave me exact pricing for each which I thought was fair. My car was done in one day, which is important because it’s my only vehicle. Richie was very responsive and informative and Frank reached out to me to see how my car was running. I will continue to use Cupelli. They are a great find for me. Recently moved to the area from California and was looking for somewhere reputable to service my Audi. Initially spoke to Richie on the phone to set up the appointment and he could not have been nicer. It's easy to feel taken advantage of when it comes to auto maintenance and repair as most of us aren't experts. The guys at Cupelli are honest and trustworthy and won't upsell you on work that doesn't need to be done (unlike many dealerships). What really spoke to me though were customers coming in one after another, knowing the technicians by name and visa versa. That showed a long standing relationship built on trust and confidence. Richie and the team at Cupelli perform the highest quality work at very reasonable prices. The shop is busy, but worth the wait. They're worthy of their 5 star reviews and I'm happy to add mine to the list.
